This policy applies to visitors who use kosmorio.com/, submit an enquiry, request to join the KOSMORIO ecosystem, subscribe to updates or use future account and commerce features.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on the feature you use, information can include your name, email address, organisation, enquiry details, participation interests, subscription preference, technical website data and, when commerce is activated, account/order information required to process transactions.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, review requests to join KOSMORIO, provide requested services, operate and improve the website, maintain security, measure website performance where consent is required, meet legal obligations and send marketing updates only where an appropriate marketing permission exists.
4. Forms and communications
KOSMORIO uses website forms to receive enquiries, join requests and newsletter subscriptions. Form submissions are stored in WordPress/FormLayer and can also be delivered to the authorised KOSMORIO mailbox. Do not submit confidential information that is not necessary for your request.
5. Analytics, advertising and cookies
Analytics or advertising technology should be activated only in accordance with the cookie choices presented to visitors. See the Cookie Policy for additional information about categories of technology and consent controls.
6. Sharing and service providers
KOSMORIO may use service providers for hosting, website security, email delivery, analytics, form processing and future commerce operations. Information should be shared only as necessary for the relevant service, legal requirement or authorised business purpose.
7. Retention
Information should be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal requirements, dispute resolution, security and legitimate business records. Any approved KOSMORIO-specific retention period should be documented in the KOSMORIO System.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also unsubscribe from marketing communications using the method provided in those messages.
9. International processing
Some website or technology providers may process information in countries different from your own. KOSMORIO should use appropriate providers and safeguards as required by applicable law.

KOSMORIO uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect the website and submitted information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

13. Media Studio: private submissions and antivirus checks
KOSMORIO Media Studio allows manually approved advertisers, creators and employers to submit private campaign proposals. Image uploading is disabled until applicable security checks pass. If uploads are enabled, a verified user may voluntarily submit a JPG, PNG or WebP creative with a maximum file size of 3 MiB. We require the uploader to acknowledge, before each image upload, that the file is transmitted over HTTPS to Cloudmersive for malware inspection. The scanning provider may process that file in North America. Only upload materials you are authorized to share; do not submit identity documents, CVs, medical or financial records or other sensitive third-party information.
Media Studio creatives are held in access-restricted storage outside the website’s public uploads directory. A file that fails or cannot complete security inspection is not approved for release; accepted files remain private until a KOSMORIO administrator completes review. Campaign approval does not automatically publish any creative or make its private file publicly accessible. Authorized account owners and administrators may access approved private files through authenticated checks. Where appropriate, we erase rejected files and respond to verified access, correction and erasure requests, subject to applicable legal and security retention requirements. The length of storage for pending or approved proposals is subject to ongoing retention-policy review. External antivirus processing is subject to Cloudmersive’s applicable privacy and processing terms; any material change in this processing will be reflected here before the relevant feature is enabled.
