These terms describe the general conditions for using the KOSMORIO website. Additional terms may apply to specific services, marketplace transactions or accounts when those features are activated.

1. About KOSMORIO
KOSMORIO operates a website focused on marketplace discovery, business services, resources and ecosystem participation. Some commerce and marketplace functions are introduced in phases and may not be available at all times.
Registration status: Registration of the KOSMORIO business name as a sole proprietorship in Ghana is in progress and is not yet confirmed complete. KOSMORIO is not currently represented as an incorporated limited company. Registration of a limited company is planned for a later stage, subject to the necessary formal approval and registration.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not attempt to damage, disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, scrape in a harmful manner, bypass security or use the site to transmit unlawful or malicious material.
3. Accuracy and availability
KOSMORIO aims to keep website information useful and current, but information can change and the website may be updated, suspended or unavailable from time to time. Content should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular commercial result.
4. Marketplace and third-party information
Business, seller, service or product information should be based on verified published entries. Where third parties provide information or services, their own terms and responsibilities may also apply. KOSMORIO should not publish a partnership, endorsement or availability claim unless it is confirmed.
5. Business services
Any paid KOSMORIO business service should be governed by an agreed scope, fee, delivery expectation and other project terms where appropriate. Website descriptions are general information and do not by themselves create a service contract.
6. Future purchases and payments
When e-commerce is activated, product prices, shipping, returns, payment and checkout terms displayed at the time of purchase will form part of the applicable transaction terms. Payment services may also be subject to the payment provider’s terms.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, KOSMORIO website branding, original written content, design and other owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

The website may link to third-party websites, dashboards or services. KOSMORIO does not control third-party content, availability, privacy practices or security and is not responsible for those external services except where applicable law provides otherwise.
9. Limitation and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KOSMORIO is not responsible for indirect losses or outcomes arising solely from reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

KOSMORIO may update these terms as the website and business capabilities develop. The current version should be published on this page.
