Business Verification Policy

Effective: 1 October 2026

KOSMORIO uses manual checks to reduce inaccurate business listings and fraudulent ownership claims. Verification is a review process, not a guarantee of quality, licensing status or future conduct.

What We May Check

Checks may include an official business email, business website, public corporate information, phone contact, physical address, public directory records, trade-name consistency, authorization evidence and other reasonable sources.

Claim Requests

A person requesting control or correction of a listing must represent that they are the owner, director, manager or otherwise authorized representative. KOSMORIO may request additional evidence before making changes.

Verification Status

A verified or claimed indicator only means that the stated verification process was completed at that time. It does not constitute an endorsement or warranty.

Corrections and Removal

Businesses may request correction of inaccurate factual information or raise a removal request through Claim a Business Listing, Report a Listing, or the Contact page.
