Submit vacancies through the published workflow; manage only jobs and companies the system authorizes for your account.
Verification decisions, moderation and confidential applicant information require separate permission and review.
Before submitting, confirm job ownership and authorization; employer identity and source; correct country and city; work arrangement; role requirements; verified application email or URL; closing date; and that the vacancy is genuinely accepting applications. KOSMORIO reviews submissions and does not guarantee placement or candidate responses.
International and remote roles: State the countries where candidates may work and the actual hiring location; remote does not mean worldwide. Update filled or expired vacancies promptly. Share only candidate information that is necessary for recruitment and permitted by the applicant; do not publish applicant CVs, IDs or contact details in public listings.
Review the listing guidelines and privacy information before submission. A published vacancy is not an employer-verification badge.
Publishing a vacancy does not verify an employer, guarantee candidate responses or grant access to private Career Studio documents. Employer listings remain subject to source review, ownership rules, moderation and expiration. Candidates decide whether and where to apply.
