Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: 1 October 2026

This policy applies to paid KOSMORIO promotional services purchased directly from KOSMORIO. Marketplace transactions between third parties are not yet covered by this policy.

Before a Campaign Starts

If KOSMORIO has not started the agreed paid placement or custom work, a cancellation request may be considered subject to any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred and the written order terms.

After Publication or Work Starts

Once a paid placement has started or custom work has been delivered, fees for the completed or elapsed portion are generally not refundable unless the written order states otherwise or applicable law requires it.

KOSMORIO Cancellation

If KOSMORIO cancels an accepted campaign for reasons not caused by the advertiser, any unused prepaid portion will be handled according to the written order and applicable law.
