User Content Policy

Effective: 1 October 2026

This policy applies to content submitted by users, business representatives, employers and partners to KOSMORIO.

Required Standards

Submissions must be accurate to the submitter’s knowledge, relevant to the selected category, and must not impersonate another person or business. Users must have permission to submit logos, photos, text and other protected material.

Not Allowed

KOSMORIO may reject or remove fraudulent, misleading, illegal, discriminatory, abusive, infringing, spammy, expired, duplicate or unsafe content, as well as content designed primarily to manipulate search or platform rankings.

Jobs and Opportunities

Job and opportunity providers must accurately describe the employer/provider, location, application route, deadline and material eligibility requirements. KOSMORIO may archive expired or unverifiable listings.

Moderation

Publication is not guaranteed. KOSMORIO may edit formatting, request evidence, correct clear factual errors, limit visibility, unpublish or archive content in order to protect platform quality and users.

Reporting

Use the Contact page to report inaccurate, unsafe or rights-infringing content.
