Help improve KOSMORIO — one finding at a time

This is KOSMORIO’s private quality-testing workspace. Approved testers can report problems, suggest improvements, join discussions and track whether a finding is being investigated or retested. Your normal KOSMORIO login is used; you do not need a second account.

Get started in three steps

  1. Sign in with your approved tester account. Sign in or create an account if you are a new tester.
  2. Open the private report board below. Only accounts approved by the KOSMORIO testing coordinator can participate. If you have not been approved yet, use the contact form to request tester access.
  3. Submit one issue per report and follow its review, fix and retest status. Use the comments to add a reproduction step or confirm a fix.

What makes a useful finding?

  • Page or module: e.g. Account, Career Studio, Employer Center, Discover or CONNECT
  • Device and browser, plus whether you were signed in
  • Steps to reproduce, with the expected result and the actual result
  • Severity and impact: cannot proceed, incorrect data, broken visual element, accessibility or suggestion
  • Retest outcome if a fix has already been made

Important privacy and safety notice: Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, CVs with real personal details, identity documents, client data or another member’s private information. Use fictional profiles for sensitive flows. Voice notes, photos and videos remain unavailable for real evidence until private storage, file screening, consent and independent access controls pass production acceptance. You may submit a text report in the meantime.

Tester Group and KOSMORIO Channel: Selected testers may optionally request access to a moderator-approved WhatsApp discussion Group after their application is formally approved. Group members can see one another’s WhatsApp phone numbers; no member is required to join. The KOSMORIO public WhatsApp Channel is open to everyone for organization-wide announcements and is not a private tester discussion space. Never post sensitive reports in either WhatsApp space.

Request an invitation through the contact form with the subject or message prefix KOSMORIO TESTER APPLICATION. Approval is manual; public applicants do not automatically receive access to this private board.
