Join KOSMORIO with your existing account and test the live account, career, job, opportunity and business discovery tools. Please share what works, what fails and what could be improved.
Stay connected with KOSMORIO: Our public WhatsApp Channel shares KOSMORIO-wide announcements about careers, businesses, opportunities, content and product updates. It is open to everyone—not just testers. Selected volunteer testers will instead receive an optional moderated WhatsApp discussion Group invitation in their individual approval email only after individual selection, consent and safe invitation-delivery checks are complete. Joining the Group reveals members’ phone numbers to one another; confidential findings belong in the private Testers Hub.
Apply to become a KOSMORIO tester
We are preparing 12 voluntary KOSMORIO founding-tester places for applicants aged 18 or older. The live vacancy board is available, but the dedicated application form remains closed until security, reviewer fairness and email-delivery checks pass. Help us improve the live KOSMORIO experience across account, career, jobs, discovery and mobile journeys. No technical background is needed for general usability testing. Expect one approximately 30-minute voluntary session with an optional follow-up; participation is unpaid, there is no employment arrangement, and you may withdraw. Applications are reviewed manually, and applying does not automatically grant a private testing role.
How we thank our founding testers
- Digital participation certificate: after completing an agreed test and submitting genuine feedback, receive a personalized, non-accredited KOSMORIO Founding Tester 2026 thank-you certificate that you may share in your portfolio or LinkedIn profile.
- Optional founding-tester acknowledgment: with your separate permission, your chosen display name may be credited in a future community acknowledgment; remaining anonymous is always an option.
- Early feedback opportunities: selected volunteers may receive invitations to review improvements and upcoming previews when those features have passed the required security and privacy checks.
- Direct recognition: a personal thank-you and a summary of how tester feedback shaped fixes when practical. We value honest observations, including reporting that everything worked.
Clear terms: This is an unpaid, voluntary product-feedback opportunity, not a job, internship, accredited qualification, investment or promise of employment, priority job placement, ownership, premium features or future payment. We will not reward the number or severity of bugs reported. Testing involves only approved, safe features and synthetic data; no private media uploads or unreleased CONNECT features are being opened.
- We welcome: first-time users and job seekers, CV users, people familiar with recruitment/business listings, and mobile or accessibility testers.
- What you can help test: registration and recovery, profile and Career Studio with fictional CV details, jobs/opportunity searching, public business discovery and verification labels, navigation, layout and feedback.
- Time commitment: a few short voluntary sessions; report what you tried, the device/browser and what happened. You can stop participating or request removal from the tester panel.
- What is not available: CONNECT social posting, collaboration rooms, private messaging and audio/image/video evidence uploads. Do not use real identity documents, third-party applicant details, payment data or sensitive files.

How selection works
Two independent reviewers score the same published criteria without contact names or emails: specificity of real-user experience (0–4), clarity of bug reproduction (0–4), and suitability of the device/workflow (0–2). First-time users are welcome: experience means describing what you did, not having professional credentials. Shortlisting is not based on first-come-first-served, writing polish, social followers or referrals. The field is frozen for fair review before anyone is chosen. Equal-scoring qualified applications use a logged, deterministic random tie-break; an administrator who did not perform a review confirms the decision.
Fairness: We do not ask for or score gender, race, nationality, religion, photographs, degrees, social followers or referrals. No family, friend or staff preference: reviewers with a conflict must recuse themselves. You may request an accommodation via the private contact page. A full field can still accept a waitlist preference.
Availability refreshes periodically. It is not a reservation and does not guarantee a place. Questions or withdrawal requests.
Fair, evidence-based selection
Being first, knowing the owner or sending more messages will not secure a place. Candidates will be screened against the same task-relevant criteria: recent or first-time experience with the relevant journey, a clear example of how they would reproduce a problem, and access to a suitable device or workflow. We will avoid collecting or scoring race, religion, gender, nationality, photos, social popularity, educational prestige or personal relationships. Applications should not contain private records. We will use two independent blind assessments and recusal for conflicts of interest, with a documented tie-break where eligible applicants are equally rated. Reasonable accessibility adjustments can be requested privately. The selection process is subject to QA before any automated vacancy status is shown.
How to apply
For now, use the existing KOSMORIO contact form and start your message with KOSMORIO TESTER APPLICATION. The dedicated form is installed but remains closed pending privacy, email and independent review acceptance. The 12-specialty vacancy board is already live and shows remaining places based on confirmed selections, not applications or clicks. During this interim period, please answer the same short screener questions in your message:
- Which one primary specialty above would you test, and is there an alternate you would consider?
- What related tool or user journey have you used in the past year? First-time users are welcome.
- Describe an example of something you found confusing or broken, without mentioning other people, employers or confidential information.
- If a button fails when tapped, how would you report the steps, expected result and actual result?
- What device/browser would you use, and what testing time zone or window is convenient?
- Confirm you are 18 or older, understand this is voluntary unpaid feedback and agree to contact about this application only (not marketing).
Do not provide passwords, identification documents, genuine CVs, protected personal characteristics or other people’s data. Applicants are not selected automatically, and the published role status is not yet a live counter. We will confirm invitations individually after eligibility and fair-review checks.
Participation is voluntary. Testing feedback should be limited to information necessary to reproduce a problem. Read our Privacy Policy and User Content Policy. We will not enroll applicants in bulk marketing messages as part of the testing request.
Important status: Unified CONNECT is installed, but its new social feed, posting, member Analytics, collaboration rooms, media intake and private messaging are not yet enabled for public testing. Security, privacy, screening and account-isolation checks remain open. This page does not bypass those controls.
Five useful tests you can do today
- Account: Register, verify your email, sign in, sign out and review your account.
- Career Studio: Create or import a CV with your own or fictional details; check fields, downloads, mobile controls and save/reload.
- Jobs and opportunities: Search jobs and browse opportunities; check filtering, expiry labels and navigation.
- Businesses: Explore verified listings and Employer Center. Do not make false employer or business ownership claims.
- Mobile and accessibility: Check menus, redirects, forms, keyboard accessibility and layout on different devices.
Tell us what happened
Open the KOSMORIO feedback form and begin your message with CONNECT BETA TEST. Include the page URL, device/browser, steps to reproduce, expected result and actual result. For urgent security bugs, contact support privately rather than posting publicly.
Safe testing: Do not share passwords, one-time verification codes, identity documents, confidential CVs or applicants’ records. Do not upload harmful media or test attacks against real users. Testing is voluntary and some new CONNECT features remain unavailable.
