Paid Listing Terms

Effective: 1 October 2026

These terms apply to paid featured, promoted or sponsored placements purchased directly from KOSMORIO. They supplement the main Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility and Review

Payment does not guarantee acceptance. KOSMORIO may review a business, job, opportunity, claim, destination URL and promotional copy before publication and may reject content that is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, misleading or inconsistent with platform standards.

Placement

The agreed order, location, label, duration and creative format will be confirmed before a paid placement starts. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, featured or sponsored status does not guarantee a particular number of impressions, clicks, enquiries, applications or sales.

Accuracy

The advertiser is responsible for supplying accurate and current information and for promptly notifying KOSMORIO of material changes, expiry, closure or unavailability.

Disclosure

Paid placements may be labeled “Sponsored”, “Featured”, “Promoted” or similar wording so users can distinguish commercial placement from ordinary editorial or directory content.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment terms, campaign dates and any cancellation rights are confirmed in writing for each order. The Refund & Cancellation Policy also applies.

No Endorsement

Paid placement does not constitute KOSMORIO certification or endorsement of a business, offer or opportunity.
